Creamy fruit salad of strawberries, mandarin, grapes, blueberries and apple in yogurt, on a white plate
Creamy. Fruity. Refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 mandarins peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt

How to make it

  1. Prepare the fruit

Peel and segment the mandarins, dice the strawberries and apple and slice the banana. Put all the fruit in a large bowl with the lemon juice.

  2. Fold in the yogurt

Add the yogurt and mix gently until everything is well coated, then serve.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Mix just before serving so the banana and apple stay fresh and the yogurt doesn't turn watery.

Serve with

Enjoy it on its own for dessert or brunch, or spoon it over granola for breakfast.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
