Witch Cocktail

A red Halloween drink of vodka, raspberry schnapps and melon liqueur with a splash of lime, filled up with sour mix and finished with club soda. Tangy and fruity, it looks the part at a costume party.

Ingredients

1 cup ice cubes
½ fl oz vodka
½ fl oz raspberry schnapps
½ fl oz melon liqueur
1 splash lime juice
¼ cup sweet and sour mix
1 fl oz club soda
2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

Build
Fill a Collins glass with ice and pour in the vodka, raspberry schnapps, melon liqueur and lime juice.
Add the sour mix
Pour in sour mix until the glass is about two-thirds full.
Top and stir
Top with the club soda, stir gently and serve.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
