Ingredients

- 3 ripe white peaches, peeled and stoned
- 4 (750 ml) bottles dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc
- 1½ cups brandy
- 4 cups orange juice
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup triple sec
- 3 apples, sliced
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 3 white peaches, sliced
- 6 cups lemon-lime soda or seltzer
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Purée the peaches
Blend the 3 peeled peaches with a few splashes of the wine until smooth.
Mix
In a large drinks dispenser or jug, stir the peach purée with the rest of the wine, the brandy, orange juice, pineapple juice and triple sec. Add the sliced apples, oranges and peaches.
Chill
Refrigerate for 24–48 hours so the fruit and wine can mingle.
Add the fizz
Just before serving, stir in the lemon-lime soda or seltzer.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Purée the peaches with a splash of orange juice instead of wine; without the wine, the jug will be roughly half the size.
