Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz orange juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- ice
- soda water, to top (optional)
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Add the rye, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until very cold.
Strain and top
Strain into a coupe glass and top with a splash of soda water, if you like.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A rye-and-grenadine classic, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Leave out the rye and top with plenty of soda water, which is optional in the cocktail but gives the mocktail length.
