Ingredients

- 1½ oz (44 ml) gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) curaçao
- ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white
- ice
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Add the gin, curaçao and lemon juice to one half of a Boston shaker and the egg white to the other. Close it and shake without ice for about 10 seconds to whip up the egg white.
Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard again.
Strain
Strain into a coupe glass.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A gin sour with a silky foam, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Keep the dry shake: the egg white still whips into a silky foam without the spirits.
