Fresh. Tangy. Summery.

How to make it

  1. Arrange the plate

  3. Dress and serve

Spoon the basil dressing over the tomatoes and mozzarella, then pile the lettuce into the centre of the ring.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Take the tomatoes out of the fridge an hour before slicing; they taste far fuller at room temperature.

Serve with

Crusty bread to mop up the basil dressing, or grilled chicken or fish for a light meal.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
