The Revolver
Blackberry-basil shrub, gin and elderflower liqueur stirred with ice, then topped with Prosecco. Floral, herbal and tart, it is lovely before dinner; chew two or three Richberry halves first and the shrub's tang goes soft and jammy.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz blackberry-basil shrub
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- ice cubes
- Prosecco, chilled, to top
- blackberries and basil leaves, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Stir the shrub, gin, elderflower liqueur and ice together in a shaker or mixing glass for about 30 seconds.
Strain and top
Strain into a chilled glass and top with chilled Prosecco, or with club soda if you prefer.
Garnish
Finish with a few blackberries and basil leaves, if you like.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
