Ingredients

  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
  • 2 oz (60 ml) reposado tequila
  • ice
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) rose water
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
  • strawberry slice, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Muddle

Gently muddle the lime juice and strawberries in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake

Add the coconut cream and tequila, fill with ice and shake well.

  3. Strain and float

Strain into a double rocks glass over ice. Pour the rose water slowly over the top so it floats.

  4. Garnish

Grate over a little nutmeg and add the strawberry slice on a cocktail pick.

  5. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
