Ingredients

- 6 fresh curry leaves
- 2 makrut lime leaves, cut into thin ribbons
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 oz tomatillo and coriander tequila
- ice cubes
- ¼ cup club soda, chilled
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Toast the curry leaves
Toast the curry leaves in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, shaking the pan often, until dry and fragrant. Tip them into a cocktail shaker.
Muddle
Add the lime leaves and salt and muddle them together.
Shake
Add the lime juice, tequila and ice and shake hard.
Strain and top
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with the chilled club soda.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
