Griddle pan of grilled sausages with corn cobs, zucchini slices, peppers, red onion and fresh herbs
Smoky. Tangy. Peppery.

  2. Add everything else

Add the sausages, vinegar, paprika, salt, cayenne and water, and stir.

  3. Cook low and slow

Cover with the lid and cook for 4–5 hours.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

A full teaspoon of cayenne makes it quite hot; start with half if you prefer milder heat.

Serve with

Toasted garlic bread, with coleslaw or a crisp green salad on the side.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
