Talent Scout
Bourbon stirred with a little orange curaçao and two dashes of Angostura, then finished with the oils of a long lemon twist. Crisp and aromatic, it suits a quiet evening in.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2½ oz (74 ml) bourbon
- ½ oz (15 ml) curaçao
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- ice
- long lemon twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir and strain
Stir the bourbon, curaçao and bitters with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice. With one large ice cube, you can build it straight in the glass and stir 5 or 6 times.
Add the twist
Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink to release its oils, run it around the rim and drop it in.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

A stirred bourbon cocktail, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Brew the tea strong and let it cool completely; the splash of orange juice stands in for the curaçao.
