Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 1½ fl oz gin
  • 2 oz fresh strawberry purée
  • ice
  • 2 fresh raspberries, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Shake

Add the gin and strawberry purée to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until the tin feels very cold.

  2. Strain

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish

Thread the two raspberries onto a bamboo pick and lay it across the glass.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
