Ingredients

- 1½ oz (44 ml) reposado tequila
- ¾ oz (22 ml) coffee liqueur
- ½ oz (15 ml) cinnamon syrup
- 1 large egg
- ice
- club soda, to top
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Combine the tequila, coffee liqueur, cinnamon syrup and egg in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 10 seconds.
Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard again.
Strain and top
Strain into a highball glass, top with club soda and finish with a pinch of cayenne.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
