Ingredients

- 2–4 strawberries, hulled and sliced (fewer if large)
- 8 mint leaves
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz white rum
- ½ oz simple syrup
- crushed ice
- 1 oz sparkling water
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle
Muddle the strawberries and mint in the bottom of a glass until the berries are juicy. No muddler? Bruise the mint in your hands and crush with the back of a spoon.
Build
Fill the glass with crushed ice, then pour in the lime juice, simple syrup and rum.
Stir gently
Stir lightly with a bar spoon so the mint stays near the bottom.
Top
Add more crushed ice to fill the glass and top with the sparkling water.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
