Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and hulled
- 2 cups prosecco
- 2 tbsp elderflower liqueur
Directions
Blend the mixture.
Pulse the strawberries, prosecco and elderflower liqueur in a blender until the strawberries are broken down.
Fill the cups.
Pour ¼ cup of the mixture into each of 16 (3 oz) paper cups. Set them on a small tray and put in the freezer.
Add the sticks.
After about 30 minutes, once the pops start to firm up, push in the sticks; any earlier and they tip over. Freeze until solid.
Unmould and serve.
Let the pops stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes, then gently peel away the cups. Serve immediately.
