Sourpuss
Honeyed Drambuie and malt whisky shaken with sour mix, then given a little amaretto on top: a herbal, nutty cousin of the amaretto sour. Richberry, chewed just before the first sip, makes the sour mix taste mellow.

Ingredients

- 2 oz Drambuie
- 1 oz sour mix
- 1 oz malt whisky
- ice cubes
- amaretto
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Shake the Drambuie, sour mix and malt whisky with ice in a cocktail shaker until cold.
Strain and finish
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice cubes and add a splash of amaretto on top.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
