Snow White

White rum, fresh pineapple and lime shaken hard with an egg white for a silky, foamy sour served in a coupe. Give Richberry a moment on the palate first and the lime loses its sharp edge.

Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 1½ oz (44 ml) white rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 large egg white
  • ice
  • fresh pineapple slice, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Dry shake

Add the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for about 10 seconds to build the foam.

  2. Shake with ice

Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard again until well chilled.

  3. Strain and garnish

Strain into a coupe glass and perch the pineapple slice on the rim.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
