  • 6 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

How to make it

  1. Combine everything

Put the chicken, yogurt, garlic, oregano, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper into a slow cooker and stir until the chicken is well coated.

  3. Rest and serve

Switch off the cooker and let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before serving.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Boneless chicken breast works too, but thighs stay juicier over the long cooking time.

Serve with

A crisp vegetable salad, with rice or warm flatbread to mop up the sauce.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
