For the rim
- salt
For the drink
- Campari
- white vermouth
- fruit vinegar
- fruit shrub, to top
- lemon wedge
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Salt the rim
Moisten the rim of a glass and dip it in salt.
Mix
Stir the Campari, white vermouth and a splash of fruit vinegar together in the glass.
Top and squeeze
Top with the fruit shrub, then squeeze in the lemon wedge.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A vinegar-bright aperitivo, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Without the Campari and vermouth, lengthen the vinegar and shrub with soda water for a tangy fruit soda.
