  • 12 oz boneless chicken, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 small mild green chilies chopped
  • ½ cup chicken stock

How to make it

  2. Cook slowly

Cook for about 10 hours, then scatter coriander over the top and serve.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Chicken thighs stay juicier than breast over the long cook, so use them if you can.

Serve with

Steamed rice, warm tortillas or a crisp green salad, with extra coriander on top.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
