Ingredients

- 1½ cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 4 bottles dry red wine, such as Pinot Noir
- 5 strawberries
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup triple sec
- 3 apples, sliced
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 6 cups lemon-lime soda or seltzer
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle the cherries
Put the cherries in a large drinks dispenser or jug and crush them lightly with a wooden spoon so they release their juice.
Add wine and fruit
Stir in the wine, brandy and triple sec, then add the apples, strawberries and oranges.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 24–48 hours.
Top and serve
Just before serving, stir in the lemon-lime soda or seltzer.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A party-sized sangria, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Use red grape juice for the wine and orange juice for the brandy and triple sec; a few hours in the fridge is enough.
