Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 3 fl oz pomegranate juice
- 1 fl oz limoncello
- 1½ fl oz vodka
- ice
- 1 fresh lemon slice, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Pour the pomegranate juice, limoncello and vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice. Seal and shake well.
Strain and garnish
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon slice.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Swap the limoncello and vodka for lemonade to keep the lemon note alongside the pomegranate.
