Pisco Sour
A party-sized pisco sour made in the blender: pisco, fresh lime and egg white whizzed with crushed ice until frothy, then dotted with bitters. After chewing two or three Richberry halves, the lime tastes softer and rounder.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 cups pisco
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white
- sugar, to taste
- 2 cups crushed ice
- aromatic bitters, to finish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Blend
Put the pisco, lime juice, egg white, sugar to taste and crushed ice in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute, until smooth and frothy.
Pour and finish
Pour into 6 flute glasses and add 1–2 dashes of bitters to the top of each.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A blender sour for a crowd, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Blend white grape juice in place of the pisco and skip the bitters; the lime and egg white still whip up frothy.
