Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1¼ oz (37 ml) crème de noyaux
- 1 oz (30 ml) crème de cacao
- 1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream
- ice
- 3 Luxardo cherries, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Add the crème de noyaux, crème de cacao and cream to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well.
Strain
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish
Thread the Luxardo cherries onto a cocktail pick and rest it across the glass.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
An after-dinner cocktail, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Both liqueurs go, so shake the cream with milk, almond extract and a little cherry syrup for the pink colour.
