Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1½ fl oz gin
- ½ fl oz applejack
- ¾ fl oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup ice
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Put the gin, applejack, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice. Seal and shake hard for 10–20 seconds to froth the egg white.
Shake with ice
Add the ice, seal again and shake until the shaker feels very cold.
Strain
Strain into a chilled wine glass.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Swap the gin and applejack for apple juice and dry-shake with the egg white as usual for the same silky foam.
