Ingredients

½ cup milk
½ cup vodka
½ cup pineapple rum
1 (3.5 oz) package instant coconut cream pie pudding mix
1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

Whisk
Whisk the milk, vodka, pineapple rum and pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth.
Fold in the topping
Stir in the whipped topping until the mixture has a pudding-like consistency.
Chill
Spoon into shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until set.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
