Pickle Martini
A savoury spin on the dirty martini: vodka shaken hard with a spoonful of dill pickle brine and served with a pickle spear. Cold, briny and bracing, it suits anyone who always reaches for the olives.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 fl oz vodka
- 1 tbsp dill pickle juice, or to taste
- 1 spear dill pickle, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka and pickle juice and shake until the outside of the shaker frosts.
Strain and garnish
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the dill pickle spear.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
