Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 1 lb frozen peaches
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 36 oz water (3 lemonade cans)
  • 3 tbsp simple syrup
  • ½ cup vodka (optional)
  • ice, to serve
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Blend

Put the peaches, lemonade concentrate, water, simple syrup and vodka (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth. Work in batches if your blender is small.

  2. Serve

    Pour into glasses over ice.

  3. Or make a slush

For a slush, blend in a few handfuls of ice and use just one can of water instead of three.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
