Night Flight
Just Martinique rhum and fresh lime, dry-shaken and poured over crushed ice with a lime wheel and a cherry. Grassy, tart and stripped back, it drinks like a winter stand-in for a daiquiri.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz (60 ml) Martinique rhum
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- crushed ice
- lime wheel, to garnish
- Luxardo cherry, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Shake the rhum and lime juice in a cocktail shaker without ice.
Pour over ice
Pour into a double rocks glass over crushed ice and pile a little more crushed ice on top.
Garnish
Finish with the lime wheel and a Luxardo cherry.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
