Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- ¾ fl oz Campari
- ¾ fl oz gin
- ¾ fl oz sweet vermouth
- ice
- 2 fl oz soda water
- 1 lemon wedge, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Build
Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in the Campari, gin and sweet vermouth. Stir briefly.
Top and garnish
Top up with the soda water and finish with a lemon wedge.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
