A cosmopolitan-style mocktail of peach nectar and cranberry juice, shaken with ice, strained into a martini glass and topped with lemon soda. Fruity, lightly fizzy and cooling on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 3 fl oz peach nectar
- 2 fl oz cranberry juice
- 1 fl oz lemon soda
- 1 lime peel twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Fill a cocktail shaker with the crushed ice, pour in the peach nectar and cranberry juice and shake well.
Strain and top
Strain into a martini glass, top with the lemon soda and garnish with the twist of lime peel.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
