Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced and seeded
  • 3 limes, sliced
  • 1 (2-litre) bottle lemon-lime soda
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle moscato wine
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling moscato wine
  • 3 fl oz peach schnapps
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Prepare the fruit

Put the strawberries, raspberries and sliced oranges, lemons and limes in a large jug or drinks dispenser.

  2. Pour and chill

Pour in the lemon-lime soda, both moscato wines and the peach schnapps. Stir gently and chill until serving.

  3. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)

The fruit and lemon-lime soda alone make a lighter punch for about 11. Add the soda just before serving so it stays fizzy.
