Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 3 Meyer lemons, juiced
- 2 cups cold water
- 4 bottles (12 oz each) wheat beer
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Make the lemonade
Stir the Meyer lemon juice and 2 cups cold water together in a small jug until well combined.
Pour and top
Divide the lemonade between 4 pint glasses or mugs. Pour a bottle of wheat beer into each and stir gently.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
