Roast turkey leg on lettuce with sliced tomatoes, paprika-dusted roast potatoes and a sprig of rosemary
Tangy. Herby. Tender.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz turkey, sliced
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 8 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh thyme a few sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water

How to make it

  1. Fill the slow cooker

Put everything except the cornstarch and water into the slow cooker, cover and cook for 7 hours.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.
