- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz Lillet Blanc
- ice
- lemon twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Build
Fill a lowball glass with ice, pour in the gin and Lillet Blanc and stir briefly.
Garnish
Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
With the gin and Lillet gone, pour tonic water over the ice and add the lemon twist for a dry, bitter-edged sipper.
