Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz 100% agave tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Cointreau or dry curaçao
- ice
- coarse salt, for the rim
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Rim the glass
Moisten the rim of a coupe with a little lime juice and dip it in coarse salt.
Shake
Add the tequila, lime juice and Cointreau to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain
Strain into the salt-rimmed coupe and serve.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
