Mango-shiso-sake pops
Sweet moments, naturally.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mango sorbet, softened
  • ¼ cup shiso sake
  • 2 tsp finely grated lime zest
  • pinch flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix the base.

Stir the sorbet, shiso sake, lime zest and salt together in a medium bowl until combined.

  2. Fill the cups.

Divide the mixture among 12 (3 oz) cups or ice pop bags. Set them on a small tray and put them in the freezer.

  3. Add the sticks.

After about 30 minutes, once the pops begin to firm up, insert the sticks; any earlier and they'll tip over. Freeze until solid.

  4. Unmould and serve.

Let the pops stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes, then ease them out of the cups and serve straight away.

For an alcohol-free version, leave out the sake and follow the same method.
