- 1 oz (30 ml) Martinique rhum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
- 11 ml curaçao
- 11 ml orgeat
- crushed ice
- leafy mint sprig, to garnish
- lime wheel, to garnish
- orchid, to garnish
- icing sugar, to dust
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Shake the rums, lime juice, curaçao and orgeat together without ice.
Pour over ice
Pour into a Mai Tai glass or double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
Add a bouquet of mint, the lime wheel and an orchid, then finish with a generous dusting of icing sugar.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
