Long Island Iced Tea
Five spirits (gin, rum, tequila, vodka and triple sec) stirred with sour mix over ice in a tall glass. Despite the name there is no tea, just a citrusy long drink best sipped slowly.

Ingredients

- ½ oz gin
- ½ oz light rum
- ½ oz silver tequila
- ½ oz triple sec or Cointreau
- ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz sour mix
- ice cubes
- lime wedge, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Stir the gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, vodka and sour mix with ice in a highball or Collins glass.
Garnish
Finish with a lime wedge and serve.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

A tall bar-menu staple, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
With cold black tea in place of the five spirits, this finally lives up to its name as a lemony iced tea.
