A silky sour of whiskey with both lemon and lime, dry-shaken with egg white for a thick foam and dotted with bitters. Chew Richberry halves first and the double citrus tastes almost like lemonade.

Ingredients

- 2 oz whiskey
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white
- simple syrup, to taste
- ice
- Angostura bitters, to finish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Put the whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker, plus simple syrup if you want it. Shake hard without ice for about 60 seconds to build the foam.
Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake for another 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Finish with bitters
Let the foam settle for a moment, then drop a few dashes of Angostura bitters across the top.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A frothy whiskey sour, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Swap the whiskey for strong cold black tea; the dry shake still whips the egg white into a thick foam.
