Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) gin
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) orgeat
  • ½ oz (15 ml) cinnamon syrup
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) mango purée
  • crushed ice
  • freshly grated cinnamon, to garnish
  • lime wheel, to garnish
  • orchid, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Dry shake

Shake the rum, gin, lime juice, orgeat, cinnamon syrup and mango purée together without ice.

  2. Swizzle

Pour into a Collins glass over crushed ice and swizzle until the glass is frosty. Top with more crushed ice.

  3. Garnish

Finish with freshly grated cinnamon, a lime wheel and an orchid.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
