Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) amburana-aged cachaça
  • 11 ml fresh lime juice
  • 11 ml fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) orgeat
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) passion fruit syrup
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) cinnamon syrup
  • 6–8 oz (170–227 g) crushed ice
  • orchid, to garnish
  • freshly grated cinnamon, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Blend

Blend the cachaça, lime juice, lemon juice, orgeat, passion fruit syrup and cinnamon syrup with 6–8 oz crushed ice until smooth.

  2. Garnish and serve

Pour into a double rocks glass, add an orchid and grate a little fresh cinnamon over the top.

  3. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
