Ingredients
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 (3 oz) packet orange jelly powder
- 1 litre lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lime concentrate
- 1 (3 oz) packet gummy worms
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Build the base
Put the orange sherbet in a large punch bowl, spoon over the lime concentrate and sprinkle most of the jelly powder on top.
Pour slowly
Pour the lemon juice slowly over the sherbet so it foams up. Dust with a little more jelly powder if you like.
Add the worms
Hang several gummy worms over the rim so they drape down the sides of the bowl. Ladle into cups and tuck a worm into each.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
