Glass bowl of grapes coated in a creamy white dressing and topped with chopped pecans and golden crumbs
Creamy. Juicy. Crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 4 lb seedless green grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 oz pecans, chopped

How to make it

  1. Prepare the grapes

Wash the grapes and dry them well.

  2. Make the dressing

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla together until smooth.

  3. Mix and chill

Fold in the grapes until evenly coated, then sprinkle over the pecans and mix again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Chill for at least 1 hour so the dressing firms up; for extra crunch, keep back some pecans to scatter over just before serving.

Serve with

Grilled chicken or ham, or as a side at a barbecue, potluck or holiday buffet.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
