Ingredients

- 1 part gin
- 1 part Campari or Aperol
- 1 part sweet vermouth
- 1 part fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- ice
- wide strip of orange peel, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Stir the gin, Campari, vermouth, grapefruit juice and simple syrup with ice in a mixing glass until cold.
Strain
Strain into a rocks glass, over fresh ice or straight up.
Finish with orange
Squeeze the orange peel over the glass for its aroma, then drop it in.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
