Ingredients

1 cup cold milk
¾ cup cake-flavoured vodka
1 (4 oz) package cookies and cream instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

Mix
Stir the milk, vodka and pudding mix together in a bowl until the mixture thickens.
Fold
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
Chill
Spoon into small shot cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until set.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
