Ingredients

- 1½ oz (44 ml) gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) dry vermouth
- ½ oz (15 ml) Cointreau
- ½ oz (15 ml) Campari
- ice
- long orange twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Add the gin, vermouth, Cointreau and Campari to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold, then strain into a coupe glass.
Twist and serve
Fold the orange twist over the drink so its oils spray across the surface, wipe it round the rim, then drop it into the glass.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
