Gibson
A close cousin of the martini: gin and dry vermouth stirred until ice-cold, strained into a chilled glass and garnished with pickled onions instead of an olive. Crisp, dry and quietly savoury.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2½ oz gin
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ice cubes
- pickled onions, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Stir the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice for about 30 seconds.
Strain and garnish
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pickled onions.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
