  • 1 medium red apple chopped
  • ½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup green grapes, halved

How to make it

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Making it ahead? Toss the chopped apples in the lemon mixture first so they don't brown, then add the rest and chill.

Serve with

A spoonful of plain yogurt, or alongside grilled chicken or pork at a barbecue.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
