Fruit salad ice pops
Sweet moments, naturally.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 cups apple juice

Directions

  1. Slice the fruit.

Peel the kiwis and peaches and cut them into ¼-inch slices. Cut the strawberries into thirds.

  2. Line the molds.

Press strawberry, kiwi and peach slices against the sides and bottom of each mold, tucking in blueberries and raspberries to fill the gaps. Use a popsicle stick to push the fruit flat against the sides so it shows, and pack in as much as you can.

  3. Add the juice.

Fill the molds with apple juice, leaving about ¼ inch at the top for it to expand. Push a popsicle stick into the middle of each, between the layers of fruit.

  4. Freeze.

Freeze overnight, or for at least 4 to 6 hours.

  5. Unmold.

Run the molds under hot water to release the pops.
